http://www.urltrends.com/ is a web site I have almost literally stumbled across that gives detailed information about a given web site. Unlike Alexa http://www.alexa.com, this site has much more comprehensive statistics and is third-party.

There is a registration for those who wish to do so at a price of $3.67/month (the stats are updated monthly for free).

Speaking of stumbling, another neat site is http://www.stumbleupon.com
They have a browser bar similar to google's but you use it to vote for or against certain web sites.  Ones you recommend will be shown to others randomly when they click the STUMBLE button on their bar.  NEAT!
