I attempted to access my websites and the maintenance site today and both are missing. the websites are black screens and the maintenance address comes up as not found. I was sure that I had accessed these links since the conversion, but now I am having trouble. I have opened a support ticket, but don't know how long it will take to get a response. Do you have any suggestions?

I currently have a website hosted by Hostned. I may want to change the name. After buying th enew domain name, is there any way to simply change the name with you without having to move all of the files from the old domain name? I'm all for eliminating extra steps.
