Clean and easy to navigate. Concise information.  Also not bogged down with client crushing eyecandy.  Well done.

Not a big fan of marquees though, unless they are used like a ticker to draw you to specific and time sensitive information.

Thanks for the comments.  I guess the marquees are a little distracting to a repeat visitor.  I suppose DHTML or Ajax to bring additional information to the forefront might be more appropriate.
